about us
Creating the conditions for people, communities, and the land to thrive.
Our mission
Healing Grounds Foundation advances healing-centered and regenerative practices that strengthen people, communities, and the land through learning, gathering, creative practice, and community connection.

What Guides Us
Healing-centered practice and regeneration.
Healing-centered practice recognizes that well-being is both personal and collective.
It strengthens connection to self, lineage, one another, culture, and the Earth while creating conditions for belonging, agency, accountability, and shared responsibility. It also asks us to recognize the structural conditions that shape people’s access to land, home, resources, and decision making.
For us, healing is not a single program. It is an ongoing practice that shapes how we live, relate, and care for what needs tending.
Regenerative practice asks how the communities and places we create can become stronger over time.
That includes restoring ecological systems and caring for land. It also means strengthening the relationships, cultures, structures, and shared resources that make community life possible.
Our aim is not simply to minimize harm, but to build greater capacity for people and place to thrive across generations.
our team
The people behind the practice.
The Practice is being shaped by four people who bring different experiences, perspectives, and skills to this work. Together, we're developing opportunities for people to gather, learn from one another, and explore what it takes to build thriving communities.
